The Pier On the North side of the island, boats of all sizes are docked here at the pier. From huge cargo ships to ancient pirate ships to small speedboats, you can find nearly any kind of boat here. All are in excellent condition.

Outside The sand on the beaches is soft and white. It really is a beautiful island. If you go swimming, you can dive into the colourful coral reefs. To the South, there is a small forest.
Ninth Floor: Nadia's floor Nadia, the boss, has this floor all to herself. Half of it is fr her pokemon, the other half is random rooms for her, including her MASSIVE office. It is truly the most decorous of all of the stories in the base. There is also a large window on the East wall facing the sea, and a lovely balcony. Pretty much NO ONE is allowed here, except the boss herself.

Eighth Floor: Admins offices This is pehaps one of the most luxurious areas of the whole building. Chandeliers and fine velvet decorate the lobby, and halls lead to the HUGE admin offices. The only floor more luxurious is the one just above.

Seventh Floor: Recreation Floor Whenever members of the team are on their break, or really any time they're not busy, they're allowed to come here to hang out. There's tvs, games, billiards, many things.

Sixth floor: Laboratory All research and study is done here. You cannot get to this floor without a fingerprint scan. Regular grunts are not allowed, only scientists and admins.

Fifth floor: Training Zone This is where a lot of the training is done, though most training is outside on the ships. However, on this floor, people can learn martial arts, fencing, and other useful things that actually can be done inside.

Fourth floor: Living quarters Since most of the team just lives at the base, they have to have somewhere to actually live. Therefore, the fourth floor is mostly small living spaces. They're not much, though they are fairly nice. They're like nice hotel suites, much smaller than an apartment.

Thrid floor: Pokemon area This is the area made all for pokemon. Here, they can relax, swim in the olimpic-sized pokemon pool, or train in the battle areas.

Second floor: Grunts offices On this floor, there are tons of small offices. Most grunts have to share, about 2 or 3 people per office.

Ground floor: Entrance Constantly guarded at all times. You can only enter if you have a key card or if you are accompanied by an Aqua admin. When you enter, it almost looks like a business place. Nothing too spectacular. A person at a desk, a few people walking around, pokemon at their sides.
Below ground floor Two: Secret Chamber NO ONE is allowed here. Even Nadia isn't, despite going down there anyways. All of the major secret things are hidden down here. Punishment for going down here is death.

Medical Center Also located on a separate nearby island, Team Aqua has their own hospital. Its small, but the doctors are all well trained.

Prison The prison is located on a small nearby island. It is very heavily guarded.

Airplane Hangars This is where the planes are stored. They're all small little planes, nothing special.
