Okay, so, I figured I would explain how this works. Its very simple, really. If you think someone should be the Member Of The Month, just click Exalt on their Karma, and at the end of the month, the person with the most points wins! You can also smite if you think someone really shouldn't be MOTM. You may vote as many times as you want.

Edit- 12/14/07; I really think that the whole karma thing. .Shouldn't decide MOTM, no one is using it. . I think it should souly depend on the the two admins, or just one person. And MOTM shouldn't depend on post count, or what not. But the most improved Rper, how well they interact with others, are they a good leader, and what not. . . Because yeah. . . >.>
