(OOC: Please read through all of this, if you want to understand the nature and history of the Illumanarius. Also, there are hyperlinks to other posts branching off of this one, when certain characters leave. They start on page 5.)
"Jeeze, they don't have any good music here....." Eclaire complained. Her without good music was a scary thought, seeing as it kept her from driving herself insane. She was almost never seen without her ipod, with its earbud specially adapted for her furry blue wolf-ish ears. So, being unable to find a good cd wasn't a fun thing for her. Her blood red eyes scanned the shelves, getting rather annoyed. Crappy music store. Finally she settled on a rather(in her opinion) bland, every day punk rock cd. She sighed, disappointed that this was all she could find, and went to go check it out.
The suicune morph had a certain dignity about her, that made it that even though she was very annoyed, she still had a peaceful, calm look to her. It seemed that no matter if she was angry, hyper, sad, frightened, anything, she always had that calm disposition. It was clear that though not ridiculously wealthy, she was very well off on money. The bangs of her purple hair always hung in her face, covering a blood red eye. Her skin was snowy white, but she didn't look sickly pale. As a matter of fact, it seemed to add to the elegant look about her, very cold and icy. A pale pink lipstick was on her lips, and she wore brown eye liner, but besides that, she didn't wear much make up; she didn't need it. She was very lean, but not twiggy. She wore a long blue coat, about the length of a trench coat but not quite. Below the hem of it, the white silk ribbons, like what the suicune has, can be seen. These "tails" were much longer than they appeared, but she found ways of keeping them from dragging the floor or anything.
"I must say, I'm disappointed in the selection here." she said. Her voice was soft and gentle, with a slight bit of a strange, unknown accent. Possibly French? It was impossible to tell.

Ahead of her in line was an interesting-looking feliocite... At first glance, he looked like your average, every-day kitty-person...but...he bore the mark of the ancient ones... The mark of Raiza. It was the crescent moon sprial mark on his upper right bicep. Still, he had no clue of his historic lineage, and went about his day in his own modern teenage way. The man's hair was a flamboyant and yummy pink color, and his small, cat-like ears poked out of the top of his head, ever so slightly. Edgardo normally sported a rather nice-looking suit and an aqua bandana, but he was on vacation time, and didn't feel it nessicary to let everyone know who he was... Today, he was wearing a black muscle shirt, which seemed to fit like a glove around him... His muscular shoulders, and abby chest were well-defined...and, his ripped arms were shown...as well as the mark of the ancient one... On his wrists, he wore black bands with little silver spikes...His black cargos were baggy, and had many dangling strands of fabric, and plenty of pockets... On his feet, he sported yet again, black, steel-toe army boots.
As much as he loved Gaia, every so often, it was nice to get a break from her...And taking a break from Nadia's constant bitching and nagging was always a nice thing...
"The lady behind me is right..." he said, paying no mind to her appearance yet...He had no idea who she was. "This music store has no good metal...What in the hell is this? Tupok?" he growled.

In response to the joke, Claire chuckled quietly. She looked at him. It certainly was silly to see a feliocite dressed as though he was going to a rock concert. It was probably just the pink hair that threw it all off or something. Just made it look unusual, but not really rediculously silly. Her eyes saw the strange mark on his arm. "Hey, what's that mark? Is it a tattoo or something?" she asked. Generally, she wasn't one to talk to strangers, and especially wouldn't ask random questions like this, but he seemed alright. Besides, she was curious. It was a strange marking. It was too natural looking to be a tattoo, too unnatural looking to be a burn, scar, birthmark, or anything. She just hoped it wasn't some strange mark caused by some problem or something that he would be offended by her asking about.

He looked around for a second, looking at the other people in the store...they seemed to pay no mind to Eclaire's comment...he then realized it was him who she was talking to. "Hmm? Oh...you mean me? Um..." he said. He wasn't expecting to talk to her...
He turned around, eyeing her up and down...he could sense something about her...she was different from the others in the room. Eventually, his faded blue eyes met with hers, and he grinned slightly, politely. He wasn't generally shy around people, but...girls so pretty usually don't just start talking to him at random...and, the things going through his mind were "Gaia's going to be pissed if she finds me here..." "I...I don't know what it is..." he said. "I've had it for as long as I can remember..." he told her.

"Hm, that's odd. Maybe its just a birthmark. It looks cool though." she said. She looked at him, quite impressed. 'Holy fuck. He's the sexiest feliocite I've ever seen.' she thought to herself. She generally wasn't one to like guys with pink hair, nor was she the type who would like guys who are too overly muscular, but she had to admit, this guy was undeniably pretty good looking. It was then that she realized that not only was she just looking at him, she was kind of staring at his strong, muscular body. "Eh, hi, my name is Eclaire. But you can call me Claire. Or Clara." she said quickly. She was usually never the type to introduce herself to strangers, but it was the first thing she could think to say.

"Hi..." he studdered nervously...he aknowledged that she was starring at him...This wouldn't have been a bad thing if he didn't already have a girlfriend... "I'm...." he started, as if he was going to say his name, but then changed his mind halfway through. "Leaving?" He said...a slight questioning tone in his voice...He checked her out a bit too...whoo-wee, she was slammin'. But, he couldn't be distrustful to Gaia.

"Eh.......okay....?" Claire said. 'Ah, great, this isn't going well.....Better leave now and save yourself emberassment.' she said. ad she known about Gaia, she would have left him alone, but the thought that maybe this guy had a girlfriend was not something that even crossed her mind. 'Eclaire, that's my brother.' a voice said, very different from her own. She looked around, trying to see who had spoken, but it obviously wasn't anyone in here. The voice was in her own mind. But...it sounded so real, so exact, as though it were someone right next to her speaking. "Bah, must have just been my mind." she said, deciding she had heard nothing. She didn't realize, however, she was speaking outloud.

Edgardo began to slowly back away, toward the door...he continued to stare at Eclaire, but then stopped when the girl responded to the voice that no one else could hear... "That's weird...is she wired?" he asked himself... He thought she may be an off duty member of team magma or something...
-I'd better be careful around this one...Hmm...the mark on my shoulder...she went on about that...Oh...she must know who I am...she's on to me! I better go back to the base, before she follows me back herself...- he thought to himself.
It was then that his cell phone rang... Annoyed, he pulled it out of his baggy black pocket, and fliped it up. He looked at the number...it was strage...they weren't normal numerical characters... Placing it against his ear, he responded to the call. "Hello?" he asked, with a curious voice.
"Not not fear the young maiden...For she is the reincarnation of my sister..." replied a creepy young masculin voice... the voice sounded eager, and truthful...but, then again, Blake was a good actor. "Blake, stop prank calling me...Asshole..." he growled, before hanging up and stuffing the phone back in his pocket.
"Oh, I get it...you're the...new recruit..." Edgardo told her, figuring that that is what was going on.

Eclaire looked very nervous when he started backing away towards the door. 'Oh no, did I do something that scared him? God, I'm such a freak! I scare people away without doing anything!' she thought. 'Don't just let him leave! You need to speak to him! He's your brother! Don't you get it, he's one of us! The Mew!' the voice said again. 'The Mew? He's a feliocite! And, I know for fact that I'm an only child. Am I going crazy?.....I know this voice is real.' she thought, getting more and more nervous. 'I need to get out of here.' she thought finally. She dropped the cd she was going to buy on the floor, and darted out the door, shoving past Edgardo. She didn't bother answering his question about her being the new recruit, she just needed to get out.

Edgardo scratched his head in confusement. -What in the hell does that girl think she's doing?- he thought to himself. His phone began to ring yet again. Edgardo pulled the phone out of his pocket yet again, and flipped it, rolling his eyes. He looked at it, and his jaw dropped again...It was the random symbols number again.
"Fuckin' dick..." he said, after seeing it was the same number. He pressed the talk button, and slowly put the phone to his ear.
"This is not Blake...I am an ancestor, Edgardo...Please, follow the maiden...just trust me!" he said. "Blake, this isn't funny...Not one bit..." Edgardo said, before throwing the phone in the garbage, and running out the door after Eclaire.
"HEY! Come back!" he called to her. the pursuit continued, as they went around corvers in this urban center. Fort Scarlet was an easy city to get lost in, with an immense population of 17.4 million in the city proper, which spanned nearly one tenth of the entire country, when the sub urbs and walls were included. "Please, come back...I need to ask you..." he stopped, because he was out of breath from running several blocks after her. Instead of using his great catlike eyes to track her, he used his extrasensory technique, and lock on. He could see her glowing through buildings and everything now...

'What is going on?' she asked herself. 'Go back now, please. Just go talk to him. He won't hurt you, he's not a bad person. He's good, he's not one of them.' the voice said. 'No. I want nothing to do with him or you or any of this!' Claire said. She was confused and scared. She didn't know what was going on. 'Just do it!' the voice said. 'Go back and talk to him before I have to myself!' "If you can do it yourself, then why don't you just do that and leave me alone!" she said, this time outloud. She suddenly got a terrible headache. She felt like her head would explode. The pain then spread to her whole body, an icy pain, as though every cell in her body was being frozen. She felt like she was dying. She screamed, the pain becoming unbearable.
Suddenly, it all stopped. She was in a dark nothingness. Her vision slowly came back, but it was not her own sight. Half of it was gone, and the other half was far clearer than she could imagine. She was walking, but her feet were not moving. Actually, she couldn't feel her feel at all. Did she even have feet anymore? The voice returned. 'I'm sorry, dear. You weren't being cooperative, so I'm afraid I'll be taking control for a while. Don't worry, this will be the only time, I promise. I'll be free soon, and you won't go through that pain again.' it said. 'I do ask that you please stay awake and listen to what I have to say to you later. Its very important. But first, we find my brother.'
A full suicune was now walking through the streets, her mane flowing gently in the wind that just now seemed to start blowing once she appeared. She walked gracefully through the city, hoping to spot the feliocite again. Her vision was poor. A white scar ran down the left side of her face, and her eye there was cloudy and grey. When she had died, this eye had been completely gone, due to a razor sharp talon clawing it out. It was a relief to have it back, even though she could not see with it. For the first time in hundreds of years, she could enjoy the feeling of the wind, the feel of her feet on the cool ground. "Raiza? Are you there?" she called out. Her voice was more beautiful in this form than when it had been in Eclaire's head. She had such a calming peacefulness to her. It seemed she could stop a war simply by stepping onto the battle field. People stared at the huge dog that now trotted through the streets, searching for her brother.

"Raiza? The name is Edgardo..." he told the suicune. "You...you're a recruit, right?" he asked. "Wrong, M'boy..." replied the same erie voice. except this time, it was in his own mind. Edgardo clutched his head, and dropped down to one knee...the pain was unbearable... When Sara existed in his head, it was peaceful, and she belonged there...but, Edgardo was fighting this voice...it wasn't welcome in his head..."I tried to make this less painful for you, by using that...erm...portable talking device, that all you people from the future treasure so much...But, you threw away my means of communication..." Raiza explained to him. "This is going to hurt a bit...actually...it's going to hurt a lot...I apologise..." Raiza said.
Edgardo called telepathically for Sara, despite knowing it was stupid to lead her to such a massive city with so many innocent people...he wouldn't have, if he hadn't felt so powerless. "Sara...I need you...he's...taking over..." Was his last message, before be began to glow... Though this world was full of feliocites, it had never seen a full-blown mew before... Apon transforming, many people stared at the two legendary pokemon, wondering what in the hell was going on.
"People...please, pay no mind to us...we're no different from yourselves..." Raiza told them. The mew bore the same mark on his shoulder that Edgardo did, because they were blood relatives...that would be the only way Sara could recognise him. And of course, then there was Arianna as well.

"Excepts for the fact that we're legendary pokemon and you're not." Grace told the crowds. "Well, Raiza, long time no see. It's been, what, 300 years now?" She sighed. "It seems that our little friends have no idea what's going on. You would think there'd be rumours, prophecies, myths, anything. When the time is right, we will have to inform them of their duties ourselves. Lets just hope the feather-brains don't know what they are either." she said. She had kind of expected the crowds to go away by now, but they seemed to just huddle around them. "Perhaps you can use your psychic to make it a bit more private here? If you even have that ability anymore. I'm afraid that 300 years of death has weakened me dramatically." She didn't seem to have any purpose in talking to him for now, just talking about random things. However, the look in her eyes showed she had something more important to say, just not where there were so many people around to hear. For now, she was simply pointlessly rambling. "You know, one thing I must ask Clara sometime is why on earth are we here in Salbadia."
Suddenly, another figure appeared. A white mew showed up, an angered look on her face. She was smaller and fluffier than most mews. On her shoulder, she too had a marking just like Raiza's, but it looked rather deformed due to her long fur distorting it a bit. "Hello, Raiza." she said cheerfully. Her whole expression changed when she saw her brother. It was true, everyone loved Raiza, even the mass-murdering kitty cat. She gave him a hug with her small mew arms. She payed no attention to Grace, who she was not at all fond of. "So.....eh, someone called Sara here. I could tell it had something to do with you, so I just came out before teleporting here. I see you have done the same."
"Hello, Anna." Grace said. Arianna continued to ignore her.

Raiza smiled as Arianna hugged him. Though they had their differences, she was still probably his closest relative. He loved his entire family though... Though, even he had to admit that certain members have done some things that were unforgivable...
"Sisters...it is good to be together again...Lets get out of this Salbadia urban center and go home..." he suggested...Part of this was, he didn't want Arianna to go off on the whole population... Like Edgardo, he was fully aware of his sister's addiction to death. Arianna was the only other member of the family he still saw on a regular basis, due to Sara and Edgardo actually being siblings. When the children went to sleep at night, Arianna and Raiza would come out, and return them to their beds before dawn. This was actually the first time they had made themselves known...
"The boy is stupid...thought you were a member of some ridiculous clan or something, Gracie...I think that he is ignorant of his dark historic background. I wonder... he's an orphan, as is the child who hosts you, Arianna...perhaps they've never been taught of their lineage..." He told her.

"Yes, its quite possible that they were never told who they really are....Though I must say, Sara certainly knows her job well. I think she's killed about half as many people as I did, which is pretty good, considering." Arianna said, chuckling. She loved to kill, it was her hobby in her life time. Her red eyes were darting around at all the people. She tried to slay them all, as she used to be capable of wiping out entire cities, but found that her powers were so dull she could barely hurt a puppy. "Yeah, I agree, lets get out of here." she said, not wanting to be around humans she can't kill. She decided to try to fly, knowing that Raiza would be able to follow, but Grace couldn't. Good way to get rid of that little problem. She didn't hate her big sister, she just didn't like her or want anything to do with her.
"Perhaps once we've all seperated from our hosts, we'll be able to somehow get the children into the palace? There's bound to be something there to prove their relation to us, their purpose for being who they are." Grace said. "But for now, we must focus on being able to get free from them. I would hate to put Clara through that pain of switching so I was in control again."
